These's are the best.
I've had problems with nasty skin reactions to the adhesive on a number of medical items. When I needed to wear CGMs for a month, I was concerned after reading a number of reports of similar skin reactions to the ring patches that come with the CGM. On the other hand. these Skin Grip patches get great reviews for not causing reactions, so I decided to try them.Glad I did. No reactions at all for me, and they stayed stuck through lots of hard, sweaty work, and many showers. The edges fray just a little bit towards the end, but not enough to make it look ratty or dirty. When it came time to peal the first one off, I was ready for the worst, but it came off without fuss (which I can't say for the CGM itself. Ouch!) Rubbing alcohol removed what little adhesive was left behind. The patch blended in with my skin color well enough that I did not get questions or looks when it was visible.Kinda pricey for glorified bandaids, but I agree with all the others who say they are the best. If you need CGM patches, get these.

Aggressively protective, and aggressive adhesive!
I've lost 3 Dexcom G7s to a series of unfortunatate events that included turning around too fast in a chair and catching the device on my seatbelt. Life goals, right? The overpatch provided by Dexcom gets the job done if you live in a bubble or exude a natural glue layer on your skin, but it doesn't stop small bumps and tugs from tearing the needle out of my skin.Enter Skin Grip, the next best solution to duct tape and a bit friendlier for skin. After using close to a full bag, my verdict is buy these if you need an overpatch that withstands regular physical activity, showers, mosquitos the size of house cats, and leather seats.Skin Grip is a lifesaver. FWIW, I wear the patch *and* overpatch from Dexcom. The Good:Skin Grip keeps the Dexcom G7 completely covered and attached for the duration of the sensor's life. It's protected me from my seat catching the sensor, running through airports, lugging a heavy backpack, and everyday activities without a blip. You can just live your normal life without fear of ripping out the expensive medical device in your arm.Signals between the phone and G7 seem completely unaffected by the patch or glue. The patch is water resistant and laughs in the face of a good scrubbing, kayaking, or weights. My preferred bandages are the pastels, and they keep their colour throughout wearing. The Mid:The edges on the overpatch fray pretty readily. By day 4, I'm seeing rough threads poking out. Expect more if you wear short sleeves, a bag that rubs against your arm, or any source of friction on the site where you wear your Dexcom.I would like more designs or colours, especially as camo *really* isn't my thing. Some vibrant seasonal shades would be much appreciated. The Bad:Skin Grip's adhesive is *strong*. So strong after 10-12 days, you need some baby oil, mineral oil, or possibly a jackhammer to remove it without tearing off the top layer of your skin. Applying Skin-Tac prior to the bandage works wonders! I've taken a pretty rough tear because of a patch that refused to come off. Lesson learned. Don't rip this baby fast, or you will hurt yourself.

Works, but needs extra adhesive
I have been buying these for about a year now. I purchased these after receiving my Dexcom g7. The ones that come with the Dexcom do not work for me. I purchased these in hopes that they would do the job.The colors are vibrant, they are true to what you see in the photo. I have done the purple and the pastels. Using just the Skin grip, I can get about 4-5 days use.I choose to use these in conjunction with the Skin Tac wipes for extra adhesive. It’s those, these will stay in place for over 10 days.In this photo, I’m on day 7. They do get wrinkly once wet, but I find they don’t lift as long as I use these skin tac wipe. These are very nice quality. They are thicker and don’t typically cause me any irritation.I do find they fray very easily though.

These Work Great! Ignore the Haters!
I'm not sure why others have described challenges with these, they've been perfect for me. I use the Stelo CGM just for biohacking my body. The first week I had it, I only used the little adhesive ring that came with the CGM and it fell off within a week. The sensors are designed for 15 days continuous use. So I looked for alternatives and found these. I read some reviews that said it was tough to apply, but I've found it to be quite the opposite experience. Because you're applying the CGM typically to your tricep it's a bit of an advanced yoga pose to put these adhesive patches on, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Some have mentioned it's hard to remove the backing, I haven't found that to be the case. Some have stated that they don't last very long, again, not been my experience. What I've found works the best is once you've installed your CGM and made sure it's built in adhesive is stuck as well as can be, simply discard the little adhesive ring that it comes with. Take one of these Skin Grip patches out, remove the center piece of backing and two of the 4 outer backing pieces. Then Lift the remaining two 1/3 to 1/2 of the way off. Simply center the patch on your CGM, rub the center and the two fully exposed exterior ring pieces, then remove the backing from the other two exterior ring pieces and fully adhere the patch to your skin and the CGM. Easy peasy. These EASILY last the 15 days of my CGM and I'm pretty sure they'd go at least another week or two if the CGM would last that long. I haven't noticed any skin irritation. Also, I'm frequently in water for long periods of time, and these continue to be adhered through everything I've thrown at them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these if you're looking for this type of product.
