I have like 3 of the my buddy haters , more for emergencies, but use them often , this just a more powerful one . Not sure how safe it is to keep a propane tank in the house but I have 4 , just make sure you buy the premium connections .

After using these heaters for one winner they start leaking gas and can cause injury or death!

I love this heater it works great in the sunroof where I have my cats and it is very good heater. If is on low on medium the 20lb tanks last 4 to 5 days on for at least 12 hrs at the time. But if you have it on high it last 3 days. But most of the time low or medium is just enough. Because it gets very hot. I would recommend it to anyone.

Low heat output. Radiators hardly glow even with max setting.Good news is that it uses very little propane. With that in mind works well in my application. A 30x30 well insulated shop in a Texas winter. Lowest outside temp about 25F. Chose this one based on price and ability to use the larger tank. It's very lightly made and has a stupid way to secure the tank. Get a bungee cord. Quick simple and easy. Casters seem to work well on a hard floor which is a surprise as they rarely do.For outdoor use I don't think you would even be able to feel it.
