Love this mat ! Perfect companion for doing exercise to improve balance! Its very well build and come in different colors. It's also very sturdy while doing floor weight exercises. Yes, it is also good value for my money!

Love this. Didn't tear even after the dog got ahold of it.I love it! I use it for my knees but I use it mainly to sit on. I have used it, (and still do periodically), for exercising. It's size is absolutely fantastic especially considering I have a big ol wide butt/hips. The height, firmness, and functionality of it is absolutely perfect to hold my weight whether I am sitting on it, kneeling, or standing/exercising on it. I will say the durability is fantastic. The day it arrived and I unpackaged it, it was still covered in clear plastic but somehow my dog (a 77lb boxer just for reference) got ahold of it and started clawing at it and playing with it thinking it was some new toy. She tore the plastic and scratched just the surface of the foam but never penetrated it or tore a hole in the foam so that was a huge plus! I included a picture to show the "damage" that my boxer did to it, very miniscule considering her breed, size and weight that she put into clawing this foam. I def recommend it. If something ever happens to this one, I would buy it again.

The quality is excellent, and the size is large enough for one person to do leg and lower back exercises. It feels firm when sitting on it, not soft or flimsy. It’s also very comfortable, worth buying, and reasonably priced.

High quality without coating so it won't crack. Excellent nonskid texture. Worth the money.

Very firm cushion, good size

I had injured my right foot so many times with trips and falls, the last time it just wasn't getting better. My sister told me acoustic the pad she used in therapy after for surgery. I can tell using this my foot is getting so much stronger and less pain.

I purchased this after looking for the same one they use at the physical therapy center to do exercises for my lower back. I looked at the one they use and as they told me they are very overpriced, however this particular one has an extremely great value and felt identical to me to the ones they use. The color and size were great for my uses which included standing on one foot for balance, doing calf raises, doing some kneeling stretches, and a few other things. I could not recommend this enough if you want a home one of these without paying the premium price for the ones they use at the physical therapy centers.
