I bought this to take to Chicago for a photographic trip and although I thought I had set it up at home before I went, when I tried to use it for night shots, due to the fading light, I found it difficult to get the camera attachment off the tripod so I used my friend's tripod while she worked it out and then she used it. It appears to be good quality and is light to carry which was what I wanted. It fitted into my suitcase without any problems. The reason I have only given 4 stars is because of the fiddly nature of the camera attachment.

Top bit of kit!
Love this tripod. Used it on several occasions now. Value for sure. Competes with some high end stuff. Very versatile, light enough for travel and solid enough for whatever you demand from it. The ball head is smooth and locks solid easily. Had a 650D with a medium size lens on it for 4 hours in 25 mph wind shooting a time lapse with no anchoring support and not one frame out of 2500+ frames not a single one has the slightest composition movement in it. Very impressed. Looks the part to. Nice and compact when in its (supplied) travel bag.If your looking for this type of tripod in this sort of price range, (I paid £67.99) then this is a definite winner. Feels worth every penny. Highly recommended for the price.

Not bad, just don't overload it.
I bought this just to take on holiday with me, so I don't have to carry the extra weight of my Manfrotto. There are plenty of comments in regards to how sturdy this is, but I wouldn't say that's entirely the case. The description states it has a maximum load of 8kg. However, the box of the product says it's actually only 4kg. The legs are actually quite thin, even at their thickest point and you definitely need to make use of the hook to hang extra weight on it. Regardless, it's quite a good little tripod for smaller cameras and it works quite well with my Olympus OM1N. It's definitely worth the small amount of money you have to pay for it.

Great tripod
Easy to use, rock steady, and convenient to carry around. The only gripe is that the"quick release bracket" needs to attach to the camera, meaning you can't conveniently use other tripods. I've got a 6" small flexible tripod that stays in the camera case (for when I don't have the main tripod), and I now have to carry round the Allen key to switch over.Maybe Benro do a small tripod? I'll checkThey don't but you can buy QR brackets to retrofit to other tripods...

IT15 Benro Travel Tripod
Purchased this tripod after a lot of research. Really liked the MeFoto Road trip, but it was twice the price, and for my use felt it was not worth it. Benro and MeFoto are the same company, and both make good solid tripods. Back to the IT15; It packs small, is lightweight (but stable) and has a decent ball head with an arca swiss QR plate. I look forward to testing this out at the weekend. All I would say is forget the Chinese clones and buy one of these if you want a decent travel tripod.

Very good
Very good travel tripod. I took it to Iceland this year and worked very well. It folds up nicely with the camera attached which means you can get to a site already mostly set up. I didn't find it moved at all in the wind. It took the weight of my old 450d with a substantial lens on it.without any issues.

Light and compact but a bit unsteady when using 70-300 lense when slight breeze blowing. Easy to strap on side of camera haversack and okay with lighter/smaller lenses.

I was a little wary buying this as I couldn't find much in way of online reviews but it's great. Super light to hike with but sturdy and well built. Can come apart to create a monopod. Weight hook and spirit level are useful as is the padded nonslip section on one leg. Particularly useful for carrying in cold weather. I highly recommend it.
