Works great and not too big

Besides the lid not staying completely on, I really like this towel warmer. It’s a little confused at first on how the little metal bars go in but other than that it works just as good as any towel warmer and it DOES GET VERY HOT!

If you love skin care products as much as I do, you know a hot towel is a great way to open your pores, prior to beginning a multi-layered skin care regimen. This little towel warmer is ideal for the "home spa experience." It's not only really cute, it easily holds 6 facial clothes. It's easy to operate (one dial!). You can set the general temp/time and it heats up quickly. It comes with its own set of tongs to easily pluck your individual towel out of the steamer without burning your hands. So here you have a lovely pink color for your spa, great quality design, easy to use and contributes to your "me time" in a meaningful way. And you certainly cannot beat the price!

Not practical for salon use, the steam escapes the vented lid and causes condensation all my cabinets. It’s essentially a vaporizer - it boils water on the bottom and the steam comes out scalding. When you remove the lid you get burned from the scalding steam. If you have clients back to back there’s no good way to keep it going and keep the towels hot, the water on the bottom streams out and then it doesn’t heat up. Just buy a regular hot towel cabinet because once this is opened it can’t be returned. This is a total waste of money and now I have to buy a hot towel cabinet and a stuck with this junk.

Was a great birthday gift to mom. Perfect for small businesses in the nail/spa industry. Works great for the price. Fits decent amount of variety sized towels.

The towel comes out super hot. You need to let it cool down before using. One thing is warm/ a bit hot. Another thing is burning hot. It should be a warmer not a microwave

Used it once and it stopped working the second time, do not buy it

It's a must for beginner's! Heats up within 5 min. Has enough room to fit as least 6 hand towels! It's a fair price I would rebuy..

Broke on the 5th day we got it

This broke on the first use, I didn't even have time to use it, don't buy it, it's a waste of money.
