Slight damage on back of phone nothing a case won't hide, also sometimes it seems the screen freezes when watching videos very rarely just have to lock and unlock phone real quick. other than that it's perfect and been working fine for 2 months and feels like a new phone .

I was amazed at the condition of this phone,it was in absolutely perfect condition with not a single scratch,mark,dent etc etc if i didn't know any better i'd swear it was brand new,the only downside was the sim tool was so brittle it snapped when i tried removing the sim holder,thankfully i had another from a previous phone but in all honesty that's just nit picking as there really is no complaints with regards to the phone,the pen is flawless which was kind of a worry before purchase but it works as if it were new. Looks great and runs like a dream.10/10

This product only lasted three weeks, the port completely stop working and that was it for the phone. Been trying months to return and still waiting on a email from Amazon services to get back to me.

Phone arrived in brand new condition was stated as excellent refurbished but I can't see a single flaw anywhere. I purchased this phone as an upgrade for my Samsung note 10 plus this phone is noticeably faster with an improved battery life over my previous phone. As an added bonus the seller has put on a screen protector and a case brilliant 👏 and it was an unbeatable price. One big upside for this phone is although mine is the 128gb version you can expand the storage with an SD card a feature now removed from the newer samsung S series. This phone is a looker finished in bronze and I can highly recommend this phone.

Product is amazing! Genuine product and looks and works like it's brand new! Not a single scratch or crack! As this is second hand I've only noticed one flaw on my phone in which is that it has slight screen burn at the top of the phone. It's not a massive problem but it may bother some people when the background is dark but I personally don't mind it and have gotten used to it. It is still in excellent condition regardless. Would definitely get another if needs be!

Had problems with battery since purchasing, seller was informed but got no where so took it to Samsung outlet and had new battery fitted. 180 pounds on top. Phone is super fast, amd now holds charge obviously. Had rhe note 10 plus before this. It's a performance phone, plays all games with ease. It's super fast, lots to discover with the phone. Awesome camera little disappointed that didn't have space zoom and getting a case for this phone is a nightmare too. But good sturdy waterproof as got in hotub with it, just says moisture in Port and to dry phone still works as normal. Good buy it was just the battery life for me.

I received the phone faster than I expected. I was afraid that there might be some visible signs of use, but the phone is in perfect condition. It's worse with the charger and charging cable, poor quality, but I knew it wouldn't be original and a good cable can be easily purchased. So far, I'm happy with my new phone and having a lot of fun using it. I want to mention - that charging takes forever, but that's probably why I perceive it this way, because I "switched" from Redmi Note 10 Pro, which has a slightly better battery and charging is almost instant. In addition, the Redmi Note 10 Pro has a weaker display than the Galaxy s20 Ultra, but it is noticeably lighter. Generally, I like my new phone and am very pleased with the purchase from this seller.

This refurbished product is amazing, you can tell that the phone was fixed and renewed with care. However, I experienced an issue with my specific device. The camera bump was making a noise when I pressed down on it, which means that it probably was not glued properly to the phone and that its a bit loose. Another issue is the spen. The spen works perfectly fine and its a genuine stylus, however when you take it out and insert it, the spen menu doesn't show up and even when you put it back in, a message "do you have your spen?" comes up even though it shouldn't since the stylus is in the phone, which suggests that the sensor for the spen housing is broken and doesn't detect the pen, and it won't charge, which means you won't be able to use the air gestures which the phone should be able to do. The fact I know its a genuine spen is that when i insert it to my s23 ultra, it works, even pops up the menu (since all spen's remain the same since the note 10, so they all fit to the different phones). Overall, the phone arrived in good packaging, with all accessories included, the phone is in flawless condition for the price, very very few light scratches (which probably happened during the delivery process). Overall, solid phone and a solid seller. However, since the usability of the phones main selling point does not work, I'm going to have to knock off 3 stars. Since I got this phone as a gift for a friend, I'm not going to return it, since she is ok with the flaws, because the pen still works and writes on the screen without the need of being charged.
