Good but not the best value
These worked well and did not give me any side effects. They are quite big so can be difficult to swallow and I’ve found another brand with the same ingredients but cheaper.

Balanced mood and hormones!
I have supplemented with Myo-inositol before in powder form, and I know how beneficial it is when struggling with hormonal imbalances. It profoundly affects your general well-being because hormones influence the systemic functioning of our female bodies. I also have been taking Ashwagandha for a considerable period because it helps me relax and not be as reactive. It is an adaptogenic herb used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It is famous for its anxiety-calming effects and for allowing the body not to employ the “fight or flight” and subsequent adrenaline/ cortisol rush immediately. It is my first time trying MyOVA products, and I am delighted with their quality. The supplement is contained in an amber-coloured glass jar. There are 120 capsules in each jar. I say each because I also ordered the Metabolism supplement and am combining the two daily. I take two of each simultaneously in the morning, meaning the two jars will last me for two months, translating into two months of hormonal calm and equilibrium. I am happy to continue taking the Myo-inositol, and if satisfied with the effects of this product, I will indeed order more!

Great results supplement
This PCOS support supplement comes in bottle and inise you will have 120 capsules, the recommended daily dose is to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with meals (4 capsules daily), or as your health practitioner advises, so this bottle is for one month supply. The ingredients are: Myo-inositol, Capsule Shell (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose), Magnesium Citrate, Bulking Agent (Brown Rice Flour), Avena sativa extract 10:1, Passion Flower (Passiflora sp) Extract 4:1, Rhodiona rosea Root Powder, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera Root Extract 6:1), Anti-caking Agent (Rice hulls), Vegan Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). Specific uses for product: Energy,Hormonal Balance,Metabolism,Nervous System. Great quality supplement at all, and results are very good, price is very reasonable, I can easily recommend it to anyone.

Reduced pms cramps
I’m only a few days in but I’ve noticed less water retention, cramps and depressive waves during pms week. My sugar cravings and urge to binge in the lead up to my monthly cycle was also satiated with some granola and Greek yogurt. I don’t usually eat dairy but this is far healthier than my goto takeaways and treats. I’m also eating a lot of carrot as it’s apparently supposed to work well with inositol (something to do with excess oestrogen) No negative side effects as far as I can tell. Full transparency I’m also taking other supplements that may be attributing to these benefits such as nac, vegan omega 3, berberine, chlorophyll, vit d and acv capsules.
