I have been taking the supplements for a few weeks now and have noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. My skin is smoother and brighter and my hair has more shine.

I was very sceptical about Collagen supplements. There are so many varieties and different ways to take it. I can't stand the liquid satchets or powders so I researched what was in those and found this tablet form that has the same ingredients and dosage. My joints have made a massive improvement. I am perimenopausal and had a frozen shoulder about a year ago and my knees were so bad that I really thought that surgery would be the only way forward. I started taking these in March 25 (along with introducing gentle exercise), and it took about 10 weeks before I really noticed them working. For me they feel like a miracle tablet. I just can't believe that Collagen is so important for your joints too and not just skin, hair and nails, which have also benefitted immensely. My hairdresser has noticed the difference in my hair texture and even my eyebrows look better. I would 100% recommend these, just be patient as it does time time to feel the benefit.

Have noticed improvements in my skin a lot of my spots have cleared up. I feel I have more energy as well.

These Collagens were recommended to me by a friend. I have been feeling very low lately but all blood tests proved 'normal'. I am on the second bottle of the Collagens now and it is my finger nails that have grown so fast as never before and they are not only long but strong as well. I just hope the Collagens do the same for the rest of my body. Highly recommended.

Arrived promptly, in good condition. Lozenges are easy to swallow without smell nor after taste. After 6 weeks my hair seems to be less dry and prone to falling out, and my nails possibly less brittle, waiting to see if improved further long term. Will order again

Tablets seem to be working. Going into 3rd month and see a different in my joints, nails, skin and hair. Will see how another 3 months goes but so far so good. Only downside are tablets are quite large so take some swallowing. They are tasteless so that a bonus. I did not fancy the powder option as I just would not have time to mix it every morning. Give them a 3 month try and see how you get on.

Llevo tomando colágeno marino desde hace varios meses. Tenía dolores en articulaciones, rodillas y cadera. Pasado unas semanas el dolor mejoró notablemente. También va bien para las uñas y la piel. Estoy muy satisfecha. Algo a tener en cuenta es que son pastillas grandes.
