I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

I’ve used several products from Zulay Kitchen, and this milk frother lives up to the brand’s quality. It’s powerful, fast, and very easy to use. It froths milk quickly and smoothly for coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and even matcha. The frother feels well made and durable, and I like that it comes with Duracell batteries included, so it’s ready to use right away. Cleaning is simple and only takes a few seconds. Based on my experience with this and other Zulay products, the quality is consistently excellent. This is a reliable and efficient frother, and I’m very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it.

We LOVE this frother! How could something so small be so powerful? We’re on our second Zulay frother as I dropped the first one. It stopped working, but through no fault of the frother, it was my clumsiness.

Works very well, but of the three I’ve bought, one just stopped working one day. Nothing fixed it. But that one did work for at least a year, and for the price, that’s pretty good.

Runs great, very powerful :) Froths a variety of lactose-free milks very effectively, lactose-free cow milk best. We started having some issues with the batteries rattling out of place after a few months, and customer service got us a replacement no questions asked, and we didn’t have to worry about sending our old frother back. Great product, great price, great service, highly recommend.

One of the best products I've purchased, it's simple and easy to use, and takes no time at all to froth. The directions that come with it advises to not use half and half, but I found it to work fine using half and half. I even added liquid Stevia and vanilla extract to it before frothing. Had some of the best iced coffee, as well as hot coffee with a wonderful sweet froth on top. My only critique is I had a hard time getting the batteries in.

I honestly didn’t expect much because it was so affordable, but this frother works surprisingly well. It spins fast and froths milk in just a few seconds, giving my coffee that nice creamy foam you’d expect from a latte or cappuccino. It’s perfect for coffee, matcha, or even mixing hot chocolate. It’s also super easy to use—just press the button and you’re good to go. Cleaning is simple too; I just run the whisk under warm water and it’s ready for the next cup. It’s lightweight, compact, and doesn’t take up much space in the drawer. For the price, this is a great little gadget for anyone who likes café-style drinks at home.

This is a great product. But sometimes it stops working, and you have to push up the little pointed steel end and turn it to keep it working.
