Tiger K Tape - Kinesiology Tape (5cm x 5m)

I'm impressed. I bought the tape for breast lymphodaema drainage. It cut into the straps easily, good adhesion and stayed stuck down really well. I tested it and kept it on for 7 days the first time and it was only just starting to come off. I had no sensitivity issues apart from the odd bit of itching. So pleased to find a good tape that is waterproof, stays on and helps with my lymph drainage issue.

Good quality tape that stretches just enough, sticks really well even in a hairy leg but also comes off easy enough without ripping hairs out. Easy to work with and a strong pull for support. Not convinced it is really helping in terms of knee support. I’m sure pro’s might feel a difference but personally a compression sleeve over my knee worked far better and easier to live with.

Instructions easy to follow, helped support knee. Also did not tear much hair out, I was worried i'd have a semi-hairy leg at the end of it!

Great tape for strapping the body. For muscle ache, lasts a good few showers, great price. It works

This tape is amazingly supportive. I hurt my knee last year and bought so many different knee supports and braces. Then a friend recommended using tape. I just happened to order this brand and it's excellent. Holds well and stays where you put it..

Not the company’s fault but on removing the tape from my knee it pulled skin off in some areas and for that reason I would not buy again sorry

Sticks well on my foot on for my plantar fasciitis and broken ankle. The black snd White design is thicker than the colours others I've tried but all tapes work great when you apply on clean dry skin and let to set.
