ACTUALLY HELPS !
Saw advert for this product and as I'm getting on and fearing dementia thought ( without much hope) that this would help. To my amazement felt my mind was a bit clearer - am on my second supply.

Take in the mornings.....
Whatever you do, do not take it with your evening meal. I slept so soundly with such detailed dreams that I overslept the alarm radio by 25 minutes for the first time ever!! And the radio was blaring out for all of the 25 minutes.. Seems promising to me, guess I better start having breakfasts.....

They might just work!
After a scary medical event that impacted my brain function my Sister suggested I try these. I changed many things to try and help my condition so difficult to say how much these helped BUT everyone has said how remarkable my improvement has been!
