This is a must-have if you have well water! It really helps boost my laundry, especially with the mineral buildup in our water. The powder is easy to use, and it works well to soften the water, making my clothes feel cleaner and fresher. It’s also a stronger concentration than the Borax in a box, so I get more effective results. I love that it's unscented—no added fragrances, just clean, effective results. My wife is really bothered by towels and bed linens that become musty smelling from being washed and stored in a drawer. We tried a lot of different detergents and washing methods to remove the musty smell but nothing worked until I read about using borax when washing these items. I purchased this product as it came in a smaller package than others and didn't want to buy a larger quantity until I knew that it worked. Well, it does work very well. My wife, who has a lot of allergies is now very happy that our towels and linens no longer have a musty smell. Although this product costs more than the very large packaged borax, I will continue to buy this one as it is easier to store in our laundry room.

I love borax for my laundry! I like the bag and it comes with a scoop. My only issue is with the lavender scent is too strong for me. Other than that, love this product. I use it on every load

I bought this product to use in my laundry as a booster. We have an HE top loader with no agitator, and noticed clothes were not getting as clean as when we had a washer with an agitator. I noticed several times that the powder does not dissolve well and gets really hard and clumps up on clothes or inside the drum of the washer if I’m not using warm or hot water. I don’t use warm or hot water on our clothes except for my work uniform (to kill germs) and cleaning cloths. I also dumped out the entirety of the bag and found I was never given a scoop so I have no idea if I was using too much or not enough. I’m unsure if this helped get my clothes cleaner or not.
