Is good value for money, I started to add these to my daily vitamin routine and it great that these are 2 in 1 tablet, easy to swallow. I like the new reduce size container they come in, even better for storing in the cupboard. Will buy again.

Great price for a good amount of essential Vitamin D3 (+K2), especially since many of us are deficient. I noticed a difference in my skin during my holiday — I’m not burning as often or as badly. Instead, I’m starting to get a tan and keep a nice light golden colour instead of the usual pink/red/peeling/white. I guess it’s working for me! Now, my GP isn’t telling me to use Vitamin D after my blood test, so I assume my levels are better than before.

Have only been taking these for a month, so can't comment on their efficacy, but I do find these harder to swallow than other tablets, possibly because of the way they've been pressed. I'll probably try capsules next time.
