I used it to make my wedding cake. Purple velvet. I used white chocolate instead of milk when making again as the milk chocolate messed up the colour. But you dont need much unless you want it really dark :)

Is this gel suitable for vegetarians?

I'm a vegetarian too. I Checked the progel website and they sell it on Ocado. Im sure it says it is.

Can I use this for white chocolate?

You can only use oil based colouring with any chocolate otherwise it will seize.
