Great Sugar Substitute
This is the second time I have ordered Allulose. I use it exclusively for sugar in all my recipes.

The Best Sugar Replacement for Baking
I’ve been using this as sugar replacement for baking and it’s truly the closest thing to sugar taste-wise I’ve found. Amazing! I’ve done pies, cookies, cake, pastries and tricked my family into thinking it was regular sugar. One thing to note is that you do need a little more allulose when substituting, perhaps about 25% more or so. You’ll need to experiment. And the weight isn’t a proper 1:1 if you use a kitchen scale when baking like I do. I have been kinda eyeballing a little extra grams and since we don’t like things very sweet anyways it works out. However, it increases the moisture and you WILL have to bake longer. It makes for very smooth, velvety pumpkin pies, but undercooked blondies/cookies. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars though is because it makes us quite gassy! (I think it’s worth it though …lol). Overall I love that this allows me to use less or zero sugar in my baked goods with very little change in taste, if any at all.

Good enough for me!
It's not as sweet as sugar and I went threw this whole bag in less than a month so I have no complaints here. Works pretty good in just about anything that requires sweetening, MINUS making alcohol because this sweetener does not ferment. You should try this if your looking for a natural sweetener, it's pretty good.

Good and Bad
I've got good and bad things to say so I'll start with the good first. Item arrived quickly, packaging is great, and I really like the resealable bag it comes in and how sturdy it is so I don't have to worry about it tearing or ripping when pulling it out of the cabinet. Also, the taste is almost exactly like sugar. A little less sweet but no weird after taste. The bad part is that after two cups of coffee with less than a tsp in each cup, running to the bathroom was a necessity. Stomach bloating, grumbling, and then I'll spare you the rest of the details. I thought, well maybe it was the eggs I ate lol. So after a glass of sweet tea with lunch, the exact same thing happened. The only thing I had the same at lunch as breakfast was the allulose in my drinks. And just because I like to torture myself, I tried again at dinner, and again, a running trip to the bathroom was necessary. I'm sure it's a great product, but it didn't sit well with me at all. Normally I wouldn't even say anything but I noticed there were no other reviews mentioning this issue, so maybe I'm the only one. Who knows? But just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you have a sensitive digestive system like I do. I wish Amazon let people comment under reviews because I'm wondering if this is something that goes away after a few days use. And googling didn't help much. I'm just not that much of a glutton for punishment.

Great to sprinkle on things
I've bought this primarily to sweeten my coffee in the morning. I usually use two packets of Splenda and that's plenty sweet. Regular sugar, about two tablespoons. Unfortunately, the equivalent amount of Allulose is about a 1/4 cup.For me, it's not going to work in regards to coffee but it'll work great for things like fruit's that are tart. I imagine it being really good on strawberries that aren't as ripe they smell. It's a little finer than regular sugar so it'll cling to your fingers a little more.I read that some people had stomach issues with it but nothing out of the ordinary for me. I'll def buy again but, since I'm not tied to any brand, I'll go with the cheaper option at the time.
