Not very good
The media could not be loaded. The book was delivered on time and well protected etc. However as evident from the video attached the cover is in one orientation and the inner pages in another orientation. This was a Christmas present and hence is unsuitable. I would have contacted the vendor directly but there does not seem to be a route. I have left a message on their website but given the nature of the options within their messaging service I do not expect much. Overall not very good and this is the only way I can tell the vendor!!
