love delarlo pans! I've been buying one or two pieces at a time. They are NOT nonstick. They are stainlesss steel. You need to use some kind of oil or non stick spray. I don't understand why people are saying they are non stick. They work great-heat up FAST, and are high temp oven safe! I have switched from non stick pans to these. Non stick don't stay non stick for long and they take forever to heat up as you can't use high heat. They are also safer-no toxic oders. They cleam up very nicely and easily. You can't go wrong with this brand.

Received the 3 set of pans today, washed them and used them right away, heated all 3 then added oil and cooked with them, fried chicken, scrambled eggs with ham, fries, frozen veggies and refried beans. After lunch was over i used the softest silicone spatula i had to see how much got stuck to them and it was like cleaning soap from glass with a squeegee, no scrubbing required, i would say 99% of all the food was removed like that and after a quick soap wash they look brand new, i'll see how they behave in the next months but so far they're worth every penny. Update Sept 2 / 2025 white spots and food sticking. I noticed white spots on the pans, after some research it turns out it's bc of impropper use, if the pan is too hot and water completely evaporates from them it causes trace minerals like potasium to stick to the pan creating that hazy look which is easily removed in like 1 minute with plain white vinegar. Also even if heated propperly and with enough oil food will stick if the temperature of it is too cold, which is actually impropper use as well, it is recomended for food to be room temperature for best results. After a learning curve due to these being my first stainless steel pans, i no longer see any white spots and no food sticks to them. Once again i 100% recomend them.

Pretty good heat distribution. Food sticks because it’s stainless steel. Very durable. Not super hard to clean. Good size for non commercial cooking. Not bad in the oven.

This pan is awesome and I love it. You screw the handle on when you get it. It is substantial and not a cheap light weight pan. The design is attractive, with a more rounded top slightly than some flatter skillets. It makes it easier to keep food in. The stainless steal is beautiful and cleans up better than other stainless pans I have. It's obviously not non stick and that's what I love about stainless, it's healthier than coated pans, but with this pan food actually comes off of it slightly easier. It washes just fine in the dishwasher and by hand. Very nice, well made high quality brand and skillet. I have ordered more sizes Update: I have had these pans now for many months and I wanted to let people know 2 main complaints you don't realize in the beginning. The edges of all the skillets I have from this company are super sharp and if you run your finger over it just barely when cleaning it, it will slice you open like a high end knife. I've dont it now a million times and I'm finally done using these pans because of this. Also it is not non stick. Like other reviews state, eggs stick like crazy and it's a nightmare and hours of soaking to clean them. So unfortunately I do not recommend these pans anymore

I was doubting about buying this pan for the frequently return warning, but I'm glad I bought it because its a great pan nothing sticks to it, people saying food sticks , probably don't know how to cook.

The pans are great and easy to clean. But you have to screw on the handles. They only gave enough screws for 2 pans handles.

Works Great

You have to assemble it yourself (comes with a spanner and extra hex nuts). It does its job as a small stainless steel pan. It could be thicker but then it would be heavier and take longer to heat/cool down. The sides are relatively high so helps with some splatter.

Good pan !

Works great. It takes a while to season properly (it causes food to stick initially) but that's a result of stainless steel in general. Fairly simple to clean, and simple to use. Distributes heat well.
