Great value and performance. Works very well, although it took a few goes to get comfortable using it, it gives a great clean, better than I can floss, l and is solidly made, with a good set of extra nozzles. It's also much easier for me than manual flossing, and stays charged for ages. I look forward to using this every day and my dentist is impressed too! Takes less than 90 seconds to do the whole mouth. Tip: Using lukewarm water to fill it makes the experience much more pleasant than cold water...

We bought this to replace a well known name brand flosser that was battery operated and would go through batteries very quickly. We charged it up and tested it out. This water flosser is amazing, different strength modes for personal preferences, I started on soft and now I use normal. It is actually has a more powerful flossing ability as well as has multiple speeds that are appreciated by some family members with sensitive teeth. It holds more water than the previous brand we owned and is much quieter. If you're on the fence about getting a water flosser, I highly recommend this product, because it does work really well and makes my mouth feel super duper clean. My dentist also told me he sees an improvement.

This flosser works so well, you would think you just came from the dentist. This product is well made and easy to use. You do not need to use your regular floss after you use this product. It is very nice and makes flossing a breeze. Go get this flosser - you will love it!

I bought this water-flosser to replace a different make that had worked well but stopped working after a couple of months. The Hangsun was delivered really promptly. What wasn't clear from the description on Amazon - or from the initial email response from Customer Service, when I contacted them - was that there is no choice of pressure settings for the jet of water that it delivers. The only adjustment is to the rate it pulses at. The pressure of the jet it delivers is extremely high (far, far stronger than than the maximum setting on my previous one) If you buy this flosser, make sure your tongue is well clear of the jet of water when doing the backs of your teeth - or it kills! However, this issue wouldn't have stopped me using it. The big problem I had was that, unlike my previous flosser, the Hangsun simply wasn't cleaning between my teeth properly, The water simply wasn't passing through the gaps between my teeth - particularly my lower ones which are quite closely packed ((I can only use the small orange teepees to clean between them) With my previous flosser, when directing the jet of water at the gaps, when cleaning from the front, I would used the tip of my tongue behind the gap, to feel and check i was getting the positioning right, so the water was passing through from the front - and so could clean between my teeth effectively. With the Hangsun, the force was so great, the water was simply bouncing off my teeth and not actually passing through the gaps! Cleaning was therefore ineffective. I emailed Customer Service. Response from them was amazingly quick and couldn't have been more helpful. After an emailed conversation, the lady decided that, as this water-flosser only has one pressure setting - extremely high - it simply isn't suitable for the narrow gaps between my teeth. I was offered an immediate, full refund, which I gratefully accepted. If you have reasonably generous spacing between your teeth and and are sure you only require an extreme!y high pressure setting, this might be okay for you (just don't get your tongue in the firing line!) Further to my above review:- Having read a review written by a man who, having got through a series of cheaper flossers, had bought a Panasonic EW1511 that has ultrasonic heads and 5 pressure settings - and was still working fine after 2 years of twice daily use, I decided that, although it was twice the price of the Hangsun, I would invest in one of these. I'm absolutely delighted with it so far. Just after the Panasonic arrived I was contacted again by Hangsun Customer Service. Apparently the lady who had dealt with my problems with the Hangsun, was new to the team - and was wrong when she told me the pressure couldn't be adjusted. The pressure should be adjustable. The unit I'd been sent was faulty. The man who contacted me was very apologetic about the problems I'd had and, as a goodwill gesture, sent me their mini travel flosser which has a generous range of pressure settings if 'custom' mode is selected. This appears to work fine but obviously, because of its tiny water tank, is only really suitable for occasional away from home use. Hangsun is an 'honest' company that works hard to do right by their customers if problems occur. If you do decide to buy this water flosser, I feel pretty confident in saying you will be looked after, if things should go wrong.

Really impressed with this water flosser. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. The water pressure is strong enough to give a proper clean but not so powerful that it’s uncomfortable. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner after using it, and it’s great for getting into the areas floss can’t reach. The different modes are a nice bonus too. Overall, great quality for the price — highly recommended.
