After a month of using it, audio suddenly got choppy.

These pick up a lot of interference from the environment
These pick up a lot of interference from the environment causing you to hear white noise on top of what you're listening to. Was using them for my Galaxy phone. Both pairs are having the same problem. The first pair I bought I had to exchange as one of 2 units did not work at all. Amazon shipped new ones to me without any problem but I'm still not happy with this product.

From someone whos always has their headsets on, I need something that works and also comfortable. This is that.

too easy to break
On the 2 pairs broke within 4 months based upon normal usage. Also, most of the time, I can hear background background noises from within the earphones. This happened to both sets.
