Tweco 1420-1113 Mig Welder Wire Conduit Liner, 15-Foot

The last three year, Tweco changed the design of this liner from a beveled head to a flat head and the "O" ring is located further back on the liner casing. I was a little concerned that it would not work with my M25 gun (Miller 250 machine) but it worked great. I called Tweco and their technical support staff said they didn't know of any design change and couldn't tell me if they would work or not. But they did. So with those with a Masterweld Miller M25 gun (the Innovator) and a Miller 250 machine . These do work. I'm happy with the purchase and they are cheaper than the OEM's.. Arrived on time and in great condition. Works great.

Must have of you use your Tweco Fusion gun often. My mig gun used to heat up after a year of heavy use. Once the new conduit liner was installed the MIG gun was cool to touch following the 30% use and 70% rest rule.

Works as it should, just paid less on Amazon than at a welder supply shop.

This vendor was a bit slow to ship the product. Great otherwise.

I removed the old, worn and grooved liner from my 20 year old Thermal Arc MIG torch and slid this one in. The length was great since this had maybe 6-8 inches extra that I snapped off with a set of diagonal cutters, then I took a small jewelers file and removed the sharp edges from the cut area on the final coil. The 0.030" wire fed very nicely and very smooth and this will eliminate my issue that I had with the groove worn into my old liner that made the wire stick. I was constantly needing to stop welding, and flip/flick the MIG gun and some amount of the lead to un-stick the wire that finds that groove. Now I am back to welding rather than fighting my machine. Thank you! I am a happy home welder again!
