Best salt ever Mom loved it because it’s not as salty as regular table salt

This is the second time I’ve ordered this salt. I originally bought it because I had seen a positive review of its content. It is easy to use in any cooking, baking, or to just top your food. I don’t like the packaging because it is hard to get measuring teaspoons in and out and there isn’t a way to close it. I just put it in a different container so it's not a big deal.

I bought this because I heard that the salt contains less heavy metals. Seems like it’s very high-quality and I like the fact that it’s flakes.

Beautiful flakes which actually are like the ground powdery salt. So, no huge flakes as I pictured. the salt tastes very nice and I saw on lab tests that the sale was not loaded with heavy metals and lead. The salt is so salty and pure.

I read about this particular salt as being tested with no detectable level of lead. That suits me fine. I did notice that I have to use more of this salt than I did when I was using Morton table salt. Also, this salt is not particularly great for food prep where you need it to be a fine salt for greater distribution within the food. This is a flaky salt that's noticeably bigger than your average table salt. I've adjusted and don't really miss the much-finer table salt anymore.

This is the hard-to-find go to salt product for any serious cook or chef. The grains are uniformly consistent in size, the tase is superior, and the flavor profile is always well balanced. The only thing preventing a five star review is the box it comes in. Pouring is somewhat difficult to establish consistency with, and a standard teaspoon does not fit into the opening.

After doing some research about most salts containing heavy metals (some are very low). I came across Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt not containing any heavy metals in their products which is always nice to know. Love to cook with and bake.

Perfect salt

The best salt on the market in regards to being pure with very little if not any heavy metals in it. I’ve looked extensively into chemicals that are in all foods water etc. This salt is the best and safest you can buy for your family. All be it pricey. Highly recommend.

Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt is a great salt and is less intense than normal table salt. I also like its flavour and low sodium content. Love cooking with this salt.

Been buying this salt for 2 years....suddenly for roughly the same price the boxes have shrunk from 1kg to 700g? what a ripoff
