All is great initially, then you notice your door doesn’t unlock. So you re-pair. Great it works again for a few days then stops recognising the fob again. You buy new fobs and pair them. But if your dog’s head is slightly bowed when approaching the door it doesn’t trigger.Tech support is US based and all by chat - which they don’t answer.Save your money. Buy an ordinary dog flap.

This door is completely useless. When my cat uses it, it overswings, so swings back the other way before trying to return to the central point, which it then doesn’t have the power to do. It rests just in front of the central catches.To open it again requires a strong , sharp shove from a human. So once the cat is out, he’s stuck and vice versa.

Software not supported. .We've bought 2 of these pet doors off amazon and both are not supported. .Contacted PetSafe and told us these doors should not be sold. .

The app says its not supported and to contact company.it wont connect and i cannot speak to anyone from the company as there is no company details...I just want one that works..its expensive.

First of all it leaks water into the house when it rains, which it does a lot in the UK. The leak was coming through the two plastic parts that form the outside door bit that sticks out. According to the installation instructions you are not required to seal it, nor would I expect to seal in that place, but I ended up having to cover the door in sealant tape you can use on bathrooms instead of silicone to stop it leaking.The there are the pins that control the opening, what a complete and utter nightmare. After paying £500+, frankly, I don’t expect any glitches, but I might have forgiven a few. The door gets ‘confused’ regularly and stays shut when I unlock it or open when I try to lock it.We’re now at a point where my dogs can’t sometimes get out or in because it just doesn’t retract the pins when it’s supposed to. It makes a sound, but the pins don’t move.A person can get through it without any issue due to its size, so I really don’t feel comfortable leaving it unlocked 24/7 but I have no other choice seeing as otherwise my pets get locked in or out. Utter rubbish and not worth the money
