Stained Glass Window Film Privacy Decorative Tinting Film for Home Frosted Bathroom Window Coverings Static Cling Non-Adhesive

I bought this item hoping to use it to finish my miniature terrain pieces (40k Battle Sisters themed sanctuary ruins) and to simulate stained glass windows. Part of what I liked about this specific product was the smaller/tighter designs so that it still looked like stained glass windows all the way down to the 32mm scale that it was to represent. With that said, I happened to also have a thin window in my dining room that was just a foot over floor height that always left our home a bit more "exposed" than I wanted (city home) and used a section of this for that window, and it instantly made the window private, but retained it's ability to light in to the room, and it was such a wonderful "bonus" given why I bought the item in the first place. So while this review was more about why I specifically bought it, the products real intent was to be used in a window, and since I have since done that with the extra I still had leftover, I can assert that as long as the design fits your desire, you will be satisfied with its results. The only thing one might be inclined to complain about is installation, but only if you neglect to acknowledge that there is a protective clear sheet that needs to be removed before attempting to apply it to a window, and starting the removal of this film can be frustrating until you figure out a method that works for you, but once that is accomplished, installation becomes an easy process, and instantly transformative! I plan to get more, and different designs as I have a few more windows I would like to "obscure" with something prettier than what is visible out of them.... while retaining much of the natural light that comes in through them!

the only thing about this product is that the backing film is so thin that is very hard to remove once a piece is cut. It has a sticker to remove it but if you cut a piece out of it, the rest is very hard to remove. Otherwise, this product is great, thick, high quality and it does shield the sun but allows light to coming in. Love it.

It’s thick! The pattern is vibrant. The pattern’s fairly easy to match (you’ll need one more roll than you think you do since the pattern’s offset.) Installation was as easy as any other window cling. The backing was really hard to remove. It’s crinkly cellophane and hard to part from the cling. I’m pleased with the appearance on my library office windows.

Waste of $ film didn’t sty on the window. Followed instructions, did everything right, twice still falls off the window

Pretty but would not stay on my window. Maybe due to the direct sun my window gets almost all day. It may be drying out the water that holds it on..... don't know! lol But if it would stay it would be awesome.

I love it!!! Super easy to apply and I love the colors!!

Only comes in 17 1/2 inches in width. The length was not a problem. The colors are very muted and not as vivid and bright as they showing the picture nor do they reflect those kind of colors when the light is shining through, but it does nice privacy. It’s just that the frosted side is on the inside and the very colorful side is on the outside of the window. It comes off very, very muted.

So much privacy I got these for my craft room to block just enough natural light I can work in there with led light source and not have it effect my colors I’m painting. They work perfectly for that use and look amazing, they were easy to cut and easy to apply only learning curve is on pattern laying but after one mess up you kinda can get it like a pro
