Better than what hospital gave me
Amazing. These are better quality than what they gave me in the hospital. Lived in these the first month after delivering my baby. They have lots of stretch. I'm a L or XL in regular undies, but I ordered the largest size because I wanted it loose. Could've went with my regular undie size.

Too cheaply made
I had brought some home from the hospital but I knew I would have to buy some more- I had a c section and needed to wear these kind of underwear for awhile. I have a muffin top, and the ones I had xxxl from the hospital but the same size in these are a little tlo small. The hospital ones were great- comfy, stretchy, and didn't fall down; the material was also so different from these- if you stretch these disposables their extremely see through, other reviewers are right- pads don't stick to these, I guess because the material is too thin? I'm going to return them and keep looking for better mesh underwear. So, I vote one star because they keep falling down,- but I felt that if I buy a bigger size, they would still fall because then I shift in bed they start slipping-, material is too thin, and pads don't stick.

Way better then the hospitals
Way better then hospital brands! More comfortable, breathable, and sketches better. Glad I bought them. Highly recommend!

Decent level of protection
I had a baby two months ago, so this review is fresh'ish', but I found these underwear comfortable and practical for both at-hospital and at-home use. They stretch nicely and are completely breathable. One thing I WILL note, however, is that my pads never stayed put. There's not enough of a 'shelf' in the crotch region to attach pads to, especially ones that have wings of any sort, so that was annoying, and that's why I took off a single star. I realize it's hard, with disposable underwear, to provide that level of support, but no pad I tried stayed put to the underwear, not even ones without wings. OTHERWISE, I was happy with the comfort and ease of use.

Great for postpartum
Used these during postpartum from my first. I’m now pregnant with my second. Due in October and will be repurchasing to use when I get home from the hospital
