I LOVE this stuff! I have been taking it for a couple of months now and I can tell noticeable differences with my skin. I even stopped taking it for two months and started again, and yes, it really does help. I know you can mix it in with stuff, but I just eat the recommended two spoonfuls in the morning when I wake up. It tastes like your eating jam, which I don't mind. I buy the mango/pineapple flavor which is delicious. There are sometimes chunks or little pieces inside, but it is just parts of the fruit. I even tried the more expensive brand, True Sea Moss. They sell it on here and Whole Foods- this one does the exact same, just get this one.

Excellent quality, delightful flavor, easy way to add daily minerals and other nutrition in 2 TBS of this gel. I take it first thing in the morning and like it very much. Will now order it regularly.

Taste great, eat everyday, liver the skin and health benefits. Wish it was bigger bottle for price but hey I can't complain. Smell great, texture is like thick baby food and will make you want to eat more. Easy to use just a spoon full at a time and quality is top notch.

I was very excited to try this product, until I tried it. The first day I tried it I noticed the hair line of my skin bumpy, which is not common for me but I didn't think anything of it. The second day I Licked the spoon of my smoothly and the back of my ears swelled up and became extremely itchy and my face broke out in hives. The back of my ears feel like my hair line and still midly itchy. Took it for the first 2 days and it's now day 4 and my skin has not gotten back to normal.

I love the orange and the lemon flavor it seem like you can I get it back in stock so if you do get them back in stock to please remind me so that I can get them back I would rather have that. Why do you delete them flavor?

I've had better.Somebody recommended this to me and I thought I'd give it a try.It was okay but I think it's best to buy this kind of product in person
