Our mattress was starting to bug us as it gets older, but since purchasing a new one just isn’t in the cards right now, we decided to give this memory foam pad a try. We were not disappointed. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. The 2-inch size is plenty of height. In fact, one of our standard sets of sheets no longer fits, and we had to buy some with deeper pockets. It only took 3-4 hours after opening the package to expand fully, and there was no chemical smell (reviews were mixed on this, but we didn’t notice anything). The one thing I must point out is that this is WARM. It says it’s cooling, but if you cover it in a water proof mattress pad, I guess this overrides that feature! That being said, I still love it and highly recommend it.

This topper is by far the best in the game! I slept so great the first night! I woke up without any aches and pains! Which was amazing as I had gotten into a car accident just the week before. I will definitely be purchasing again after this one wears out. Size is true to what it says as well. The topper itself is flat but will not lose its fluff and comfort.

Much thicker in person and has an odd smell. 10/10 for comfort. One thing to note is you will need a 24inch sheet to cover this and I recommend you put it under your mattress protector so the blue doesn't shine through the sheet

I'm always skeptical about buying online because u rarely get what u were expecting but this mattress topper is awesome. Bought it for a bed that you supposedly don't need a box spring for. It would make my back hurt so bad. This mattress topper was exactly what I needed! It had a slight chemical smell but I let it sit out like the instructions said for a few days before putting it on the bed and it was fine. It's breathable and poofs back up quickly. It's very comfortable and durable and fits my bed very well but most of all it relieved my back pain.

I bought the 3 inch and am impressed with the quality. It is med/firm, giving me lots of comfort. I have a lower back problem and this enables me to sleep better, relieving pain. The queen size is true to size. Only had this a month so far, so don't know about durability yet. The density is better than average.

Literally the most comfortable mattress topper I have ever slept on. Completely transformed my bed. Significantly reduced my back pain. Absolutely worth every penny.

I have an older mattress which needed to be replaced but I didn't have the funds. I decided to find a mattress pad which would help me pad out the time for when I could get said new mattress. I purchased this pad as it was advertised as being cooling at night.The pad was in a small box which meant it was vacuum packed into a plastic bag. I opened the plastic bag and the foam pad was soon at full size. I placed it on the mattress and it fit quite well.The pad itself was soft enough and did the trick at first. The one thing I noticed was how hot my body felt after laying on the pad during the night. I sweat a lot more than usual as well. I wonder what they meant by cooling gel as I did not feel any sort of coolness during the night.The other part is the pad does crack and split when it is moved. Also, I have a cat who uses it as a scratching pad as well. She doesn't like to lay on it for some reason but does like to sharpen her claws on it. Go figure, she's a cat.Bottom line: I was hoping this would help me but it ended up being more of a hindrance instead. It might be better used as a temporary place for someone to spend the night. It also might work better during colder nights as it does seem to retain body heat (at least for me). In the meantime, I will buy a new mattress and get a regular mattress pad for it.Not recommended unless for temporary usage.Update: The seller contacted and offered a full refund for the mattress. They did state most of us are different and some may react differently to the mattress. It is good they not only stand by their product but do their best to resolve any issue which may include refunds.
