LOVE IT!I was looking for something on the smaller side to fit into a tight utility area.This is the perfect size and looks nice too!Before, we had an ugly wall mounted sink. We kept laundry detergent, etc on the floor beneath the sink.With this cabinet, I can store laundry detergent, scent beads, etc and get them off the floor and out of site.Sink faucet works nicely, although my contractor removed the water saver which had constricted the amount of water too much.Recommend.

The faucet that comes with the sink is chrome. I changed it out for a different faucet and the drain assembly was plastic and I purchased a stainless stainless drain.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the cabinet and sink. Easy to assemble. Not a fan of the chrome on the faucet or the plastic piece going across that doesn't really do anything. I pitched the plastic piece and painted the chrome with a metallic black. Looks good. Problem solved.

This was fairly easy to put together. The quality seems good for the price. It fits great in my small laundry room. Soft close doors. It should be mounted so it doesn’t tip. Instructions etc included but we haven’t figured out how to accomplish this yet since it can’t fit snug to a wall.

Ok. So I just received it and surprised to see it was not made with solid wood. But instead some type of plywood/particle board with a plastic coating. Think Ikea. After coming back to the Amazon page I see where I felt misled, but also find a correct description of melamine material. I expected solid wood and thought I was paying a premium for it because of the description in the "why choose simplihome" on the Amazon page."We keep things simple by designing timeless, “high-value essentials” built with exceptional quality—solid wood, high-grade fabrics, and hand craftsmanship. Furniture that makes you say “wow”!"For now, i will leave a 3 star review. If it indeed proves durable to water, I will raise. If not, I will come back. In addition, i would love to hear simplihome thought on this.

Fit our laundry space perfectly.

Simplihome support is horrible. The neck on the sink leaks horribly from the beginning. It's been a month and their support team is still jacking me around. The cabinet itself was nice and easy to assemble. But if you need support go with another product.
