Transformers Season 3 & 4 - Re-Release [DVD] [1984]

This is a must have for the region 2 fans of the original Transformers series.Watched all of the episodes of Gen 1 again and remembered the old times when I used to wake up early in the morning just to watch the most amazing cartoons ever.You got to buy the collection to make the time go back.

Good season but a mere glimmer compared to the previous seasons. It improved a bit towards the end but sadly it was to little too late and was cancelled. Still canon to the history of the Transformers. If only the rubbish movies made by Bay could have been this good

Ok, i am old enough to remember transformers being shown on tv, and old enough to remember having my own bumble bee transformer. but what are all these reviews about??? rubbish animation? Hello, this aint your newly made cartoons with computer animation.. or even computer aided paint jobs! This is how they made cartoons back in the day! (I much prefer the older style of animation...) And all the talk on all the transformers box sets saying about story lines being rubbish.... ITS A CARTOON!! it was made to sell toys and entertain us. Who cares if the story lines are excellent.. all we watched this for was to see some giant car or truck turn into a huge robot! ok now that i have that out of my system.... Season 3 and 4 of transformers is nothing like seasons 1 and 2! its all change in the world of transformers, the feel of this box set is way different from the first 3 box sets. it just feels more upto date, more exciting and cleaner. As im sure you know these two seasons take up where the movie left off..... and for once a cartoon series remembered the film, it didn't try to change it the way they do now...(See any disney cartoon series.. they have nothing to do with the movie that spawned them!) And despite all the other reviews, the animation on this box set is just as good as the others.... ok so it looks a bit poor compared to modern cartoons, but like i said this aint no modern toon! if you want a modern cartoon i suggest you buy transformers R.I.D... < Very good animation! But if you just want some cool 80's toons with pointless but entertaining storys then this is the set to buy. But be warned, see the movie and refresh your memory before viewing... alot of stuff happens in the movie that i forgot about.All in all a top notch box set, A top notch series, And a top notch buy!!! Well worth the 15 quid!!!

This 3 disc collection contains the final episodes after the original transformers movie. Following the Autobots under the leadership of Rodimus prime up until where the western version of the show climaxed at the start of a new story arch. Worth picking up for anyone who was a transformers fan in their younger years.

Excellent collection for a good price - boys (6 &13 are happy to go retro)

I don't care so much for extras and fixing sound and such. This is a straight forward dvd release of the original series and at an affordable price. I think it's worth any 30 something year old to get to relive some of those memories.

Not as good as the 1st 2 seasons of Transformers but still very enjoyable to watch after all these years.

The original Transformers series from the eighties in itself is very great and entertaining.The DVD release is very good, brilliant picture, crisp sound. The menues are well animated, with the original theme playing in the background.For this a price a must-go for all Transformers fans.

The Transformers: Seasons Three & Four was a nice addition to my Transformers DVD collection. I've seen the episodes before on TV and was happy to find it on DVD.

I dvd sono 4 in tutto e contiene le stagioni 3 e 4 della serie “transformers generation one”, peccato però che all’Estero e in particolare in Gran Bretsgna, non mettono quasi mai altre lingue oltre l’inglese, per cui se decidete di acquistarlo tenete presente che è solo in inglese. Per il resto i dvd sono compatibili con i lettori italiani. Buona visione!

Wollte mir meinen Kindheitstraum erfüllen und habe mir das bestellt :) Kam zwar was später an als angegeben aber war bestimmt durch den Zoll so. Dafür war die Freude dnn umso größer als es dann entlich da war.

Leider nicht auf Deutsch, sondern auf Englisch, aber super! Vielen Dank für die Umsetzung dieser Kindheitserinnerung auf DVD! Mein Mann freut sich n Wolf und kann es kaum erwarten das die Kinder das auch gucken dürfen!
