Great pocket knife.
Reassuringly heavy and looks mint. Sturdy and comes out of the box sharp enough to split and atom which is a bonus.Only minor niggle is that after an afternoon of playing with it (I'm a fidgeter) the opening and closing mechanism is quite a lot looser than before. That in itself is fine as it came quite stiff (phwoar) but the problem is I can't see how I would go about making that action tighter again if it gets to the point where I need to as this knife will otherwise be going for years and years.Big fan of that sweep over the back of the blade by the way as that means you can open it one handed (see above regarding fidgeting).

Great Knife
This is an amazing knife. Made really well and as sharp as a razor. Would definitely recommend this

Looks the part but deeply flawed
The media could not be loaded. This knife really looks great, with some patterned Damascus etching on the blade. Unfortunately a couple of major things that make me regret my purchase. Firstly, the tip is wickedly sharp, unlike the main blade. After a week or so of very light use, the swing opening mechanism becomes so light, that the knife just opens by itself. If it happens to be in your pocket (it is a pocket knife) then you'll need to be extremely careful getting it out. Even with extreme care, you'll badly orick your finger multiple times; that's a guarantee. Secondly, the blade soon loses its sharpness. After sharpening, you'll see no evidence of Damascus layering at all. SO, if you want a pocket knife you can't keep in your pocket, regular injuries and a blade that neither holds an edge or appears to be Damascus, this is the knife for you. Possibly worth it if you intent to use for display purposes, but this has zero practical uses. It does come with a leather sheath, but this obviously adds to bulk and securing to a belt is a no-no if you live in the UK, as you'll get arrested.I'm not opening the blade in the video, I'm just moving the knife and the blade opens itself.

Beautiful Knife
It's a beautiful knife if a little bulky for a pocket knife. A smaller softer case would have been better because the leather one that comes with the knife is too bulky for the pocket and needs to be put on your belt. I appreciate this is what it's designed for but I wouldn't want to wear the knife in this way.

Beautiful Knife, but Very Loose
The media could not be loaded. This is a lovely looking knife, well designed and comfortable to use, that I would have happily given 5 stars...if only it weren't for the fact that it is incredibly loose and doesn't want to stay closed (as shown in the video). Once open it stays in place well, and can be held open with the thumb rest but, as I generally keep my pocket knife actually in my pocket, I do have concerns about it partially opening and giving me an unwanted and unexpected vasectomy.

So gorgeous - seems a pity to use it !
This a beautiful knife but I am keeping it for opening presents ! I bought a cheaper knife for general utility work as I didn't want to spoil my handmade work of art. It feels perfectly balanced and really is worth the money. The case is really strong and well-made too. It is a cut above the rest - sorry couldn't resist that ...

Exceptional looks
The knife looks brilliant and very sharp. I am only giving 4 stars for the type of oil applied to keep the knife rust free. It could be 3 in 1 oil or WD 40 which it is ok if you only use the knife to sharpen pencils cut cartons etc , or simply to add it to a collection. It smelled horrible and after washing it and drying it for 3 days it still smells and I am scared to peel an apple with it. It is a shame for such a work of art to be spoiled by the lubricating oil. I am told the proper oil for Damascus Knives it is Camellia Oil -
