Is this the best quality? Is it a good brand?

I asked my wife and she said they were of great quality and it is a very good brand, and they have very relaxing feeling,and you do not have tired legs.

My wife has Stage 2 Lymphodema & has to wear support wraps, but these could be a bit more easier to wear shes thinking about getting L or XL.

Nice to wear but don't think they do the job of compression socks there not as tight as the socks

What size is for uk 10?

My wife is a UK 12 and is wearing medium. Her feeling is that if you are a small size 10 you might need small, but medium would be her best bet. She says they take a bit of getting on, but when on, they're so comfortable.Hope this helps.

I'm 5ft 6inches size 18 do I need extra large size tights please ?

It depends tbh , I'm 5ft9 and 14/16 and large went all the way up to my bra . If you are bottom heavy then maybe XL if not then L . Hope tho helps :) x
