Amazing design, nice crafmanship but chain hook was defective.

It's a fine pocket quratz watch itself, exactly what I was expecting from Bulova. Arrived in a brand new condition but there was a defective hook that was separated from its chain on other side of chain that's irreparable!Not a big deal to return it but I have to get a new chain for it and it would be nice of Amazon to offer a replacement for the hook or the whole chain, coz I wont return the watch just for that reason.Watch is brand new and working properly out box after removing the plastic tab. Overall I was giving 5 out 5 star if the chain was not defective.
