32.8 Ft Peel and Stick Trim, Gold Waterproof Molding Trim for Walls, Edges, Borders, Window Frames, Backsplash Tiles, Flexible and Self Adhesive Trim

We installed built in shelves/cabinets flanking the fireplace in our great room YEARS ago, but never got around to finishing the trim as we were intimidated by previous stressful experiences with miter saws. We were hesitant to try this product as we were worried it would look too plastic like, however we are pleased to report it’s impossible to tell it isn’t real wood trim unless you go up and touch it. We experienced zero issues with adhesion, and it was a snap to cut to size with miter scissors also purchased here on Amazon. I cannot speak for the durability as it was just installed this evening, but I am confident if the adhesive doesn’t hold up, it will be easy to reinforce with construction adhesive. Excited to finish caulking the edges and touch up with paint! (And happy we can skip filling pin nail holes beforehand).

I wanted something less expensive and easy to install on the end of my closet built-ins. I didn’t like the way the end of the Rockwood looked. So I got this and stuck it on the end and it worked perfect. Not only is it the perfect size but it also actually looks really nice.

I purchased a thinner version that worked great but this does not stick as good as that one. Some spots stick and some don’t. Going to have to remove and use an adhesive to get it to stick right. Pretty easy to cut with sharp scissors.

I wanted to cover the edge of peel and stck wallpaper around my RV window and give a trim look to the window. The instructions say to use a hairdryer if the temperature was below 60° F to increase the adhesion. It was well over 60°, but I thought the heat would allow me to curve around the window edge. Just a minute or so and the vinyl was very pliable and stretched right around the curve of the window. I'm very pleased with the overall effect.

I’m not sure what those little packets of primer are supposed to do, but there might as well have been no adhesive on the back of these strips. They do not stick at all and I don’t want to deal with having to keep sticking it back up when it keeps falling by using some other adhesive. Too bad because it’s pretty.

This is not truly "matt black". It does not have a high gloss but there is definitely a sheen to it. I am disappointed, but will use it anyway because I just want to get this project done. I have not applied it yet so cannot attest to it's adhesive quality.
