great for solder rework
does exactly what it is intended for. a little pricey, but you don't need to use lots to get the job done. makes removing smd components a doddle. don't forget you MUST remove all of this before you add a new component, it isn't for holding down components!

Makes Desoldering a Breeze
This low melt works as it should. It mixes with other solder well, and stays liquid for a remarkable amount of time. It makes removing large, delicate and complex components very quick and easy. A little goes a long way, so theres plenty for a lot of components. Its quite satisfying to use.

Works as promised
This stuff is amazing. I will be the first to admit it is seemingly over priced, but I think it is worth it.

Works like a charm
This had saved me a lot of trouble desoldering some connectors by mixing it with leaded solder you can remove anything even using a cheap iron

Good for removing heat sensitive components
I will start of what I don’t like about it. Compared to other low melt solder sticks I have used, it does not stick to the iron as well as it should. Which really is not that big of a deal cause it still does it’s job. It seems to mix pretty well with other solder. Making the overall melt temp lower for whatever you are removing. Some of these newer circuit boards really absorb heat well, the low melt works miracles with them. Don’t risk ripping pads or traces, just use low melt.
