Great gainer.
Great shake. Been using for around a month and have seen some gains you'd expect from protein powder.. Tastes great due to the oats and mixes well with milk. Hope they get some new flavours though.

Tastes really good, but if you follow the instructions (180g of powder, 500ml of milk) you'll be left with a bottle full of mud, making it nearly impossible to drink, it's just too thick to drink without throwing up - If you use just 100g of powder, and roughly 300-350ml of skimmed (red top) milk, it's so much easier to drink and goes down very easily.
