It truly keeps my tea piping hot all day. I don't like my cold water super cold, but it kept it at a good temp all day. I dropped one on concrete and it got a bit scratched, but held up great. It seems the white insert only comes off when I take the lid off when I overfill it, but YMMV. I find this a minor inconvenience and love that the lid has a strap so I don't drop it. Compared to the bottles with a straw and all their parts, I feel that those bottles, once washed, are cleaner. 4) They are easy to use. My 5 yo son does not have any problem opening them. The only negative thing is that sometimes, when you open it, the white mouth piece comes out with the lid, but it doesn't bother my kids, that's why they still get 5 stars.

Keeps drinks cold!
Great water bottle! Really does keep drinks cold. Even stops ice from melting! Beautiful design & easy to clean!

Stands up to a hot Florida day
These are amazing! I love that it has a screw on plastic top so you're drinking from that and not a sharp metal edge. It also allows the neck to be wide enough to add ice or even fruit slices to your water. I live in Florida and it is HOT here. The ice lasts in these bottles all day.

Chemical Smell
I ordered 2 sets over time and each one eventually developed a chemical odor on the inside. I do believe it comes from where the outer and inner are seamed together and is exposing the contents to the insulation. I can smell it and taste it. I've since thrown all of them out and use only glass with food grade silicone seals. We only used them for water.

The plastic mouthpiece unscrews for easy ice fill
This waterbottle keeps water cold for a very long time! I thought it was a pain to add ice, but did it because it stayed so cold. Then by accident, realized the plastic mouthpiece comes out so that you can add ice easily!
