I rarely give 5 stars. I thought about giving these 4 stars because they aren't stiff and have buoyancy, so I thought my Boxers would just plow over them. With that said, I didn't use them for a garden or flowerbed. Since the legs go deeper into the ground than most, they are tallest above ground I could find, and are a fantastic price for the coverage length I decided they might work to solve another problem. My Boxers were digging under the wood fence and hitting the wood fence full on trying to play with the neighbor's dog. The wood pickets would come loose or the ground deep enough, to allow my Boxers to chew up the wood and begin ripping the pickets. I got tired of replacing pickets. I used these and placed them 4 inches infront of the wood fence line, used a rubber mallet to lightly tap them into the ground, used zip ties to reinforce them to one another and created a barricade between my yard and the wood fence. I've had them up for 3 months now and my Boxers run up to the barricade, do not dig, and the wood fence isn't touched. They still run the fence line, but they do not dig or stick their necks out over the barrier. My Boxers are very smart, so I have no explanation as to the reason this works. I was even playing fetch with them and the ball happened to bouce and land inbetween the wood fence and these. My dogs walked around, wouldn't even put their paws in the spaces between the slats, or their snouts in to try and retrieve the ball from being stuck. They just paced back and forth and then sat infront of the ball until I came and retrieved it. These work better than bear spraying the wood, and costs way less than a wireless fence system. Knock on my wood pickers; this will continue to work as an effective barrier! I believe the description says a pack covers 25 ft in length. I did not leave an inch of space inbetween each piece. I would estimate I got10 feet of coverage per pack and ordered 3 packs and it covered my entire back fence line with 4 left over. The 5 stars is for ease of installation, quality, standing the test of heavy weather events, sturdiness in the ground, no sun fade, and longevity. I will update if any failures occur which would effect the normal use of this product.

I love letting my tortoises have outside time, but they are diggers and after I found one in the neighbor’s yard I needed to change their outside enclosure. I saw these panels on lighting deals and said to myself “self, that may be the solution I’m looking for.” I honestly worried they would be cheap and flimsy, but that is not the case. They are actually very well made. I used a hammer to insert them in the ground and the paint didn’t even chip off. It was super easy to install once I got the hang of where to hammer. The thickness of the bars and the height of the panels are the perfect size and have already prevented several escape attempts. In short these panels were easy to install, was an awesome deal, and they look better than my previous attempts to keep them from digging.

These are sturdy and won't rust. A little pricy but if you are keeping a digging dog inside the yard or keeping a possum from getting under your shed or ferral cats from having kittens under your deck- this is your product. Works great.

I got these to try to prevent my dog and the neighbor dog from getting at each other from under the fence. It worked so well and was pretty easy to install. They were expensive I thought but worth it to me to keep my dog safe. She has since passed but I keep them up so I can keep the neighbor’s dog out of my yard.

I love these! Very easy to set up, and they have deterred my two very ambitious pups from reaching their best friend who lives on the other side of the fence. I was very happily surprised!

Keeps unwanted critters from getting under my storage building.

This is exactly what I needed to keep my little dog out of the bottom of our pine tree. Make sure the ground is wet and soft before putting in the ground. A few bent in areas not soft enough. But for the price, the extra tools (mallet, clippers, gloves, zip ties and clips) and amount of fencing this was well worth it for me!

I have a rental and can't replace my fence that has lots of broken slats that my little Yorkie can escape out of. Ironically enough I'm an avid Amazon shopper so for awhile there I literally cut up a bunch of my left over Amazon boxes and literally drilled them to my fence to cover the holes... Haha very ghetto MacGyver... But when I found these on Amazon I knew they would be a perfect solution and help my yard look less trashy with Amazon boxes drilled to my fence. They are super easy to use. I just pushed them right into the ground and they cover the holes in my fence and my pup is able to enjoy the full yard now without being on a leash. because they came in little section panels it was perfect for me to use as the holes in my fence are sporadic and spaced out, so having the ability to spot fix the areas of my fence was great. The height was perfect too for what I needed it to while still being able to push it deep into the ground so it can't be dug up easily. What I like most is I have a side gate that swings open and I pull my trash cans through that gate and also my landscaper comes and pushes the lawn mower through that gate. I was worried that having these little slots there would be in the way but they're super easy to just pull up so we can will things through and then put right back in. So I like that I can remove them and put them back so we can use the functionality of that gate.
