Overall happy with the product. Looks nice & is a compliments for our the kitchen. Soft and quite lid open & close. Needed to order, return & reorder three times until received the item without dents (pictures) though the lid couldn’t close completely. Fortunately haven’t returned the last one so we could swap the lid. Fault from the manufacturer since delivery boxes were in good condition. Their QA/QC and packaging department need to improve on training to make sure products were boxed with care.

Terrible design. Even worse quality. Indicator lights started malfunctioning at month 4, stopped working entirely by month 6. Won’t even charge. Awful, awful product.

I have had many electronic trash, this one is the best, looks amazing, works efficiently very efficiently, and it used every inch of the trash bag. It will be your best purchase!

I was so happy to find a white trash can that was the size I wanted and had a no touch sensor! The sensor works great, and I’ve only had it a couple days, but I’ve had no issues with it at all. The only thing that kinda sucks is that it came with a cord that plugs into a usb port, but no wall plug? Thankfully I have a million of those, so I found one and it worked perfectly

Lid broke within 6 months. Doesn’t go up or down with sensor and that doesn’t make sense considering how expensive this is!

It worked until the charge ran out but now it’s not working. Tried everything and reached out to kohler. They said they would respond within 24-48 hours but it’s been weeks and I am left with a trash can with which Im forced to leave the lid open.

Holds a charge for a long time. Holds a lot of trash. Super sleek and easy to change the bag

I bought this after a vacation, where the owners had it and I loved it. I prefer waving my hand to pressing a foot pedal. This works well and doesnt not close while you are cleaning a plate off as long as the sensor is in use.
