comfortable chair with 1 drawback
the chair is good, comfortable, sturdy and the massage addon is quite relaxing. i found the only drawback is the fixed arms along the side, would have been perfect if it had 3d side arms, one that can move up and down. a fixed arm rest cannot be adaptable to a person with long arms and a person with short arms alike.

Sturdy, Clear Instructions
I have put together several office chairs. This one had the clearest, most easy-to-follow instructions I've seen. Sturdy, solid chair.

Bad Quality, not worth it.
"I've owned the chair for about three weeks now, and it feels like it's on the verge of breaking any moment. The massage cushion is more of an irritating vibration than a relaxing experience, and the sound it produces is terrible. Additionally, after just three weeks of use, the massager stopped working properly, running at a very low power when it does turn on. Moreover, the footrest is too short, leaving your legs hanging uncomfortably. I'm attempting to return it because it's simply not worth the hassle."
