I bought this ice machine almost a year ago. I previously was using a really expensive Kold Draft machine that makes the extra large cubes. I had to repair that machine every two years and it almost always cost me about as much as this machine itself cost. Although this one makes smaller cubes, I would absolutely choose this machine 100% of the time over that Kold Draft that cost 4 times as much.This machine always seems to be full. I run a very small bar. We do around 80-100 cocktails a night. I don't even get through half of this ice bin in a day. The cubes are consistent and you can change the density of them if you need something different.My only complaint about it is that the fans and air cooling are somewhat loud. That said, it isn't terrible. I would rather be able to hear that the machine is properly cooling than worry about parts failing because the machine is too hot. Very impressed with this product, and if I need another ice machine in the future I'll definitely be looking here first.

This machine puts out more ice than the old one we used to have. It's very nice, sturdy and sharp looking in our kitchen. Overall, it's a good choice!

It works great , clear ice with adjustable of thickness just perfect . Only takes about 10-15 minutes to harvest , love it
