I find this groundnut oil very authentic just as the oil I remember my parents purchased when I was a child. The color, the smell and texture is perfect and that too at a value price.

The groundnut oil is good and tasty too. Has good aroma and taste.However the can design ( 5 litre can) isn't good. The spout has to be pulled out but results in airlock and thus when pouring to jar splashes and splatters everywhere leading to wastage.A release valve should be provided at the diagonal end of the spout. This helps with smooth flow of the oil.Hope the manufacturer will take care of this

I tried the groundnut oil that claims to be wood pressed, but honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I expected that rich, nutty aroma, but there was none—it didn’t smell like groundnuts at all. The flavor is pretty mild, which is fine for everyday cooking, but it just didn’t have that special touch I was hoping for. The texture felt heavier than I like, too. While it gets the job done for frying, it really doesn’t stand out from other oils. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the price or the wood-pressed claim.

Because cold pressed oil. But God knows is it clod pressed oil or not but if there is truth then you can use for cooking and fried items.
