This is a wonderful book for an 18 month old! He was so proud of himself being able to maneuver the interactive parts. The book is very sturdy and is holding up well for a toddler pop up book

This book is so much fun for kids, especially younger ones who are learning how to play peekaboo and learning how everything works like moving things up and down, in and out, side to side, etc. I would highly recommend this book and others in the series.

Very sturdy construction. Holds up even after months of use. The pictures are engaging and the colors are bright.

These peekaboo books are adorable! I love the art style and how interactive they are. My 1 year old is obsessed with these and can even sit and read them by himself. My 3 year old also really loves these, but gets bored of them a little quicker.

Peekaboo books are the BEST and this one doesn’t disappoint. Baby absolutely loves the page with the Skelton.

My daughter has loved the Nosy Crow Peekaboo books since she was a baby (about 5 months old). They are brilliantly made with simple, bold but also captivating illustrations and they offer a new layer of interactivity for children’s books, way beyond your typical lift the flap books, without veering into annoying sound buttons. They are all great for both reading and development of fine motor skills, though don’t expect a complex story, or any story at all for that matter. Where it excels is introducing topics and items related to said topic. Great for early language building. This Halloween edition of the peekaboo series does not disappoint compared to the others. We bought it as a simple way to introduce our daughter to Halloween and she has loved it. At 21 months she is even able to label many of the items in the book. She has been pulling it out to have a look at throughout the year. Despite my daughter having enjoyed the book from a young age, it is only more recently that she has been able to manipulate the interactive components; my one critique of the series as a whole is that the sliders can be a little stiff.

A fun, interactive read. My toddler loves moving all the slides independently and the candle page has taught him how to blow out candles, which is fun. Great seasonable book to gift instead of treats.
