I am pleasantly surprised with the results!! It’s only been a month but I have genuinely noticed hair growth (aka my roots have suddenly become super obvious) and my brows are filling in nicely. I have never had trouble with thin hair or sparse brows, but I color my hair blonde, have occasional temper tantrums while brushing and/or styling my hair, etc., and this has helped maintain my hair and brows. I don’t think my hair is stronger or shinier per se but it definitely seems like it’s growing. Also, the taste isn’t bad!! I take two at night and never have an issue (stomach wise). The four star rating is due to packaging and price - they could’ve definitely fit four jars instead of three in the package.

I’ve been using these for over a year but they’ve recently changed to formula for these and now they taste disgusting. I hope they continue to work.

I really like these the taste is not bad at all i actually like the taste and will see if it helps my hair grow and I have only been taking them for about a week or so now but I’d say buy them. I love the hum products so

So far so good. Just started using them so I can’t tell how effective they are at helping the hair, skin, and nails but they are a pleasant flavor so that is a win.
