These instantly hydrate my mouth & help me stay hydrated awhile. Id drink them all day if was possible. Idk if they recommend that. But I pour mine into a water bottle & put in the freezer for an hour or 2 & when frozen take out & give a little crush (careful the lid can pop off even sealed). I eat the entire WONDERFUL sport drink in icee form YAY! Its great try it! 😉❤🍧

I purchased the lemon twist flavor and that box was fine but the strawberry one box was busted and all the packages were hard like expose to moisture or heat but the expiration date shows 2025.

I've used this product all this week during the hottest days so far and have yet to get cramps. Tastes great and not overpowering of flavor
