The thermal cup is for a golfing friend who is out very early, several days a week to tee off. The mug was to keep his tea hot while playing. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but I hope he finds it a thoughtful gift.

Lid needs refining, it's not the easiest to drink out of.Disappointed. This broke on the first use. I have had no support. Please advise.Regards Di

I got this as a birthday present as my daughter knew I took a thermos flask to golf when it was cold. I made a cup of coffee and put it in the drink holder of my bag. This means the cup was at an angle and it immediately leaked out of the sliding tab on the lid. Disappointed, I decided to try it when I next took a golf trolley as it has a level cup holder. I tried this and coffee came out of the top every time I went over bump. When I tried the coffee it was luke warm at best and difficult to drink from. The cap screws on so you have to try it in several ways before the mouthpiece is in a suitable position while you are holding the handle. I took the lid off and tried drinking it that way but it wasn't comfortable as the edge is quite sharp. I might try it next time I go out in the car. If you are thinking of buying this for a golfer I would not bother.
