Works fine but not much thrust
Has just over a 1/4 pound of thrust. For a toy boat probably a good little motor, if you think you might need more i would find something stronger. The shaft is super short coming out of the motor, but the coupler and extension work fine. The prop is reasonably sturdy, and it moves a reasonable amount of water, again just not a lot of torque, so no real thrust. Does draw about 3A at 8V so they have the power right. I write this review because the motor does not really indicate the thrust, just the 22W of power which admittedly is low for anything pushing water. I give 3 stars because it works and it is as advertised, but i am left wanting a bit more so have to go shopping again. :)
