Yes just water weight. The natural ingredients like coconut oil ,pomegranate seed oil,aloe vera extract,d-Alpha Tocopherol and White snow petrolatum is what helps give you softer maybe slightly firm skin. But as soon as you stop using it...it comes back. You don't need this product to loose weight. You need to eat healthy with exercise.

Do you need to use a waist trainer

You don't need to use a waist trainer (as in a corset) however there is a neoprene type exercise belt that is normally used in conjunction with the cream. It enhances the effectiveness of the process and prevents the cream from getting on your close. The same company makes a great waist trimmer exercise belt. Worth the purchase for sure!

Does it help loose fat?

It's designed to pull the extra water from jiggly problem areas helping it to firm up and lose extra inches. Boy does it make you sweat too ! Combine it with the Sweet sweat trimmer band ( so you don't rub the gel off during workout) and you'll see the difference. Best effects are seen with drinking water through the day and lower sodium diet.

can i use it for massager?

I wouldn't. It's too thick until you start sweating while working out. Use oil for massage.!
