This cleansing balm felt really good on my face, skin was feeling smooth and moisturised after use and it smells lovely. I would highly recommend this product and seller.

I've used a few of their products and been happy with - I love a cleansing balm so thought I would give it a try.Like the other reviewer has mentioned, it's a horrible cleanser - greasy, thick and a devil to remove. It didn't turn to a milk either - in fact the water added to it just made it worse. Usually I use a muslin cloth, but it wasn't going to move with that so used a hot damp flannel, and double cleansed with a facial wash to remove the grease.I've never had a cleanser like this before - I'm used to cleansers that turn to a milk and give you a lovely "slip" to do further massage but you won't get that with this.I thought possibly I had a tube that had gone off, but seems not. It's been put in the bin. Hate waste. Wasted product, and waste of my money. Don't recommend and won't buy again.

I love Dr Organic products usually so I had high hopes for this cleansing balm. I was so disappointed.The balm goes on to the skin as a thick gloopy texture, but unlike most cleansing balms, it doesn't turn into an oil or milk once in contact with water, it just gets thicker and gloopier. Impossible to get off your face without a thorough scrub with a wet flannel, yet does not remove any make up at all. Dreadful stuff. Save your money.

This cleansing balm is awful you might just as well use vaseline or lard to cleanse your face. Its leaves a very thick greasy film on your skin that just won't come off, just glad I tried this on my hand first had to use soap to remove it.
