This nutrient-dense superfood taste real good. I've only been taking it for a week and will be ordering another one pretty soon. I love the taste as well as the texture. It's very easy to swallow. I haven't tried mixing it with anything. Right out of the jar is great for me. It won't last long if you take the recommended serving. I recommend trying it.

First. This is delicious. If it provides the nutrients per advertised, I can get rid of most of my supplements.

This product claims to have “92 minerals and vitamins,” but the nutrition label shows almost nothing - just 2% iron and tiny amounts of zinc and potassium. It’s basically a sweet fruit gel with barely any real sea moss.The texture is watery, and the benefits are nonexistent. Feels like a fake health product with flashy marketing.
