Was pretty surprised with this eyeliner.. was easy to put on, glides very smooth. It's a little thicker than a liquid eyeliner but overall super impressed with the price point, the quality and the overall application of the product. The color is nice and lasted the night. Was also easy to get off with eye makeup remover.

I have a love-hate relationship with this eyeliner. I love the rich colors. I love how smoothly it goes on, especially given the tender sensitive skin around my aging eyes. I like the thick lines that I can create effortlessly. In contrast to some reviews, I've never had any trouble sharpening these pencils with a drugstore eyeliner sharpener. My problem is that the color stays in spots but not in others, resulting in an uneven appearance within a couple hours of application. It smudges, drifts, and disappears. I don't know what the problem is, but the outer edges of my eyes, where I want the color the most, end up without color the fastest. Is it my watery allergy eyes? Do I touch the outer eye somehow when I'm placing and removing my eyeglasses? I don't know. I end up disappointed, though, which makes the cost of these pencils feel too high.

This eyeliner is amazing! Literally feels like a liquid but is dry like a regular pencil. It glides on so smoothly! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it doesn't sharpen to a point like a standard pencil does, for fine lines, and it doesn't last long. I wear it 6 days a week and 1 pencil lasts about 5 weeks. So, for $18 a pencil, its quite expensive for not lasting at least 2 to 2 1/2 months. But, props to the makers!!
