Amazing! Using the strap is so much easier, more comfortable and more effective than using a Pilates band. I was born with a dislocatable hip and have had major surgery after the hip ball grew disformed making my leg longer, tilting my pelvis and compressing my lower back. I suffer a lot from it even though I've done Pilates for 15 years. I'm meant to do my physio exercises daily and stretching the quads is one of the best for me along with the hip flexors. I've never been able to do it effectively with a band and can't do it at all without. This leg stretcher is a game changer, I've managed to get the muscles stretched like never before. I definitely recommend it for anyone who struggles to get effective stretches or struggles to hold the right position.

Can't comment on the actual product itself as it is a Christmas gift for someone else, but delivery was quick, and product looks like what was pictured so can't see why it wouldn't be good

Bought 2 of them to stretch my achilies. The main issue i had is that the stitching at the loops was totally inadequate and failed when put under pressure. I could just grab tge webbing so not a major concern.Second issue i had is that the advertised quad stretching will not work as you will be relying on the elasticated strap to take the strain against the top of the foot.Lastly the foot section was very large. I am size 42 and it was massive against my foot, however I got over that by carrying out the stretching by wearing my trainers.I did like the product albeit with flaws, and did re-stitch the failed webbing stitching and I am now happy to keep.It really is a pity that the manufacturer did not put a bit more effort into their quality control as it could be a great product.

Good design and really helps stretch hamstrings, helps with heel pain, however stitching came apart on one of the pull loops, shame as was enjoying using this. Supplier kindly sent a replacement, hoping this one has Stronger stitching.

I saw something similar advertised on Facebook for over twice the price. This is great for stretching the feet, calves and hamstrings. It seems to be well made and should last a while. I’m happy to recommend this.
